(As an example, a rule like 8.1.5 will not likely be changed because of the potential cost implications, but if for some exceptional reason it has to be changed, the competitor will be allowed to race with that car for probably another two years).
8.7.3 A visiting or new driver’s car not conforming to Classic V8 requirements, can still be included in a race by general agreement between other entrants of this class and the organiser. This also means that neither the scrutineer nor the CoC can exclude such a car with regard to Classic V8 requirements. The scrutineer shall however inform the Organiser of any possible infringements.
8.7.4 This exemption is not applicable to local drivers.
8.7.5 Allthough this is not an MSA approved class, Club championship-, SWD championship- and SWD colours points will still be allocated as follows:
Heats: First - 6 points, Second - 4 points, Third - 3 points, Fourth - 2 points, The rest - 1 point.

(b) provide entertainment for spectators and enjoyment for drivers
(c) accommodate veteran as well as novice enthusiastic drivers and
(d) provide a platform for drivers to obtain the necessary skills to race in the Modified V8's at a later stage if so desires.
8.7.7 This class has been created for sportsmen and not for people with attitude problems.
8.7.8 This class has not been created for drivers wanting to accelerate in the racing industry by winning at all costs.
8.7.9 The rules have been designed to keep it cheap, clean and simple.
8.7.10 IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OR CANNOT KEEP TO THE ABOVE RULES, PLEASE DO NOT BUILD OR BUY A CAR.
